This position is responsible for providing Quality Service and support to our Customers and our team.  This position reports to the Director of Quality Services.

Manage the operations of the Quality Assurance functions as follows:

  • Review inventories and resolve inventory discrepancies as requested.
  • Perform inspection reviews of all sites under assigned region for quality of service.
  • Resolve service issues with the contractors.
  • Assist with timely resolution to customer generated inquiries and service issues.
  • Generate work orders from the inspection reviews.
  • Manage snow events and after hours calls.
  • Advise Customer Service when loader hauling work needs to be submitted to customer.
  • Resolve boundary issues with the National Accounts Manager.
  • Track all new sites for measurements, budgets, and contractor linkage.  Investigate sites that are questionable.
  • Visit sites and meet with customers as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Regarding Contractor Partner Relationships

  • Prepare paperwork to link and terminate contractors. 
  • Create literature to recruit new contractor partners and create accompanying databases.
  • Build relationships with contractors and track all related contractual paperwork.
  • Educate contractors on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Update contractor information.
  • Resolve contractor inquiries and payment issues.
  • Send out related reports to contractors and monitor for return.
  • Advise contractor of missing invoices and work order verifications.  Verify work completed with contractor.
  • Ensure the service matrix is followed successfully and all contract services performed.  Obtain service schedules.
  • Track receipt of MSDS forms as required.
  • Manage property damage to ensure repairs are completed and all related paperwork is updated and sent to contractor and Customer Service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities regarding Administrative Functions

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Quality Services training manual.
  • Create charts, spreadsheets, graphs and other reports in computer system using the Microsoft Office suite or EQM.
  • Compose and distribute routine correspondence to internal and external customers.
  • Create and distribute reports to monitor the department’s progress toward zero defects.  Create other reports as requested.
  • Enter photos and specifications of work sites into system as required.
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials and keeps accurate files.
  • Maintain good relationships with all areas of the Company by answering requests for information.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional work atmosphere with other employees, as well as customers, contractor, and the general public.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of one year of professional experience required.
  • Minimum of one year in the landscape/snow industry (preferred).
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in related or business field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
