We are a rapidly growing national company looking for Dynamic Quality Professionals to join our Work Order Department Team. We were recently named one of Michigan's coolest places to work by Crain's Detroit Business. 

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem solving skills along with a positive attitude to work full-time in a great office environment. This role involves estimating landscaping, irrigation, parking lot work based off site pictures and/or managing special projects for our customers. The special projects range from landscape installs to parking lot repairs. This work is done using site pictures and managing the contractors doing the work. A successful candidate will have previous experience in initiating and processing customer service requests beyond the scope of the contract and demonstrated experience in pricing out landscaping jobs. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment are necessary along with excellent organizational and analytical skills.  We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail and follow-through. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  Prior experience with OSHA Compliance and Regulations highly desired. Experience with managing projects a real plus.

Some travel with occasional overnight stays maybe required depending on the project.

The requirements to be successful in this role are: A Bachelor's degree in horticulture or at least 3 years in a business related field or equivalent professional commercial landscape experience.
